Live Classes

To view our live classes start by logging into your account. Once inside of studio select the live tab at the top of the webpage.
If you are wanting to instead take the live class quiz Click Here
Once here you will be able to see our hosted classes and schedules for the previous and current week.
Select the class you wish to participate in
Note: Foamfrat does not store our live classes on our site, however the content is reviewed and used in later modules if deemed appropriate. If you are just looking to take the quiz of a previous live class Click Here
Once you have your class selected you should see something like this.
Select the play button and you will be redirected to a zoom link to join into the live class.
